Warehouse1: Raised floor type
With Dock Leveler

High-quality raised warehouse. Clean, modern, with a strong structure and heavy-duty floor support. Flood-free.

 

Surface: epoxy coated floor, easy to clean and helps reduce dust.

 

Interior space: no central pillars, allowing for efficient use of space.

 

Equipment: includes forklift charging stations.

Cargo handling: there are loading points for large trucks and trailers, with dock levelers and shelters ensuring continuous 24-hour cargo handling.

 

Area under roof of Warehouse1

The area surrounding Warehouse 1 is covered with a roof to protect against sun and rain.

 

It can accommodate hundreds of vehicles for parking and can be used for storage in the following situations:

- Overproduction

- Emergency deliveries outside of the scheduled timeline

- Unused goods awaiting disposal

 

Spacious road : Designed for easy access for large trucks and trailers, with ample turning space.

Warehouse 2

Warehouse 2 is clean, pollution-free, modern, flood-free. It is fully equipped with amenities.

- There are no central pillars, allowing for maximum space utilization.

- The structure allows for the installation of overhead cranes, facilitating easier material handling.

Area between Warehouses 1-2

Area under roof of warehouse 1-2. is located beside warehouse 1-2, can accommodate hundreds of vehicles and be used for storage in the following situations:

- Overproduction

- Emergency deliveries outside of scheduled delivery times

- Unused goods awaiting disposal

 

Spacious road: The extra-wide and long access road allows trucks, trailers, and forklifts to park in rows to load goods simultaneously.

 

Goods handling: The entire area is covered, ensuring that goods are protected from sun and rain during loading, allowing for continuous 24-hour goods handling.

Main Office

The main office next to the office of Warehouse 1 has 7 floors  with a passenger elevator.

- Main Office Floor 1: High ceilings, suitable for use as a showroom.

- Office Floors 2-7: Spacious office areas emphasizing clean white tones and natural light throughout, with separate electrical systems and restrooms on every level.

Office Warehouse 1

Office warehouse 1 is composed of 3 floors :

- The 1st floor has direct access to warehouse.

- The 2nd floor has 4 office rooms. You can have a view of warehouse, and control what is going on in the warehouse.

- The 3rd floor is open space design and has also a view of warehouse.

Mini-Warehouse

Mini Warehouse with compact space (286 sqm). Clean, bright, and ready for immediate use. Ideal for small businesses.

- High ceilings to maximize vertical storage space.

- Spacious entrance ensures loading and easy vehicle maneuvering

Canteen

A relaxation area designed for employee comfort, ideal for use as a staff canteen, recreation room, or corporate event space.

 

Spacious and bright: With 215 sqm. of space, with windows allow ample natural light and create a bright, airy feel.

 

Amenities: Three food and beverage preparation counters are available for meal preparation or beverage service, and restrooms are located in front of the canteen.

Security, Facilities

Large electrical transformer: 1,000 KVA ensures stable and sufficient power for both heavy machine and air conditioning throughout the offices.

 

Fire protection system: Fire hoses and fire hydrants around the building, along with fire extinguishers in easily accessible locations.

 

Water reserve system: Large, tall water tanks ensure consistent water pressure and sufficient water supply.

 

Robust structure: The building is designed with a special reinforced steel structure, ready for the installation of overhead cranes to increase the capacity for lifting and moving heavy goods.

The loading area is designed to be extra wide and strong to accommodate the easy access of large trucks and trailers.
