Chris & Ganesh Warehouse

 

Chris & Ganesh Warehouse has been founded since 24 January 1996.

We proposes warehouse, factory, and office for rent, for potential clients who wish to operate their business here without any investment of the facilities into the warehouse such as the electricity supply, water supply, communication systems, transport systems and handling equipment, etc.

 

The total land size of project is : 28-2-52 rais.

Location

Chris & Ganesh Warehouse is located at the Eastern direction where is a prime location and logistic center at the Theparak main rd, km 26. just 3 kms from Bangplee industrial estate, 11 kms from the Suvarnabhumi International Airport and 11 kms from Wellco industrial estate.

 

This area is also suitable for using as free trade zone or bonding warehouse where is nearby Siam container terminal import-export service just 100m. away from site. Especially, this area is a very privacy area and restricted control area.

Transportation

Samut Prakan area is center of ring road to north, south, east, west and main road to eastern seaboard and many highway such as Sukhumvit rd, Theparak rd, Bangna-trad rd, City ringroad km 8, Flyover tollway Burapawittee, Eastern freeway, etc.

Unflood area

 

The most important is land elevation of Chris & Ganesh Warehouse is absolutely unflood area.

As to the Royal highway department report and statistic:

The Theparak main rd, km26. level +2.30M. above sea level. Chris & Ganesh Warehouse internal rd, level +0.80M. above Theprarak main rd, km26. We have proposed 2 types of warehouse:

 

1. Raised floor type warehouse +1.40M. above internal rd, total height 4.50M. above sea level.

2. Unraised floor type warehouse +0.30M. above internal rd, total height 3.40M. above sea level.

 

Especially, there are several irrigation system stations around 10 kms from our warehouse in Samut Prakan. It is unflood area.

 

Unsink ground

 

Special ultimate site is unsink ground at Chris & Ganesh Warehouse total area.

In Samut Prakan, as to the statistic of ground sinking in this province, it's acknowledged that the sinking level approximately 0.05-0.10 M./year. This is a major problem of all warehouses in this area so that Chris & Ganesh Warehouse has prevented this  problem by using the slab on pile construction of the total area. It’s a big investment of total foundation in the begining but it will be free maintenance in the future and forever. Especially, undisturbed client and worry free.
